Two Contemporary town houses, central Montpellier Cheltenham

Completed in late 2017 following the demolition of a smaller detached house on this site, both houses were designed and developed by Ralph Guilor Architects Ltd. Themed as a pair of contemporary house combining as a modern “Villa” set in the heart of Montpellier and its Regency townscape.

The houses created great interest and were on the market for only 10 days before being sold off plan.

The houses are both smart homes incorporating the Loxone smart home system which with some additional controls allows the remote control of the lighting, heating, security, cctv, window blinds, video entry and external features.
