Private clients briefed Ralph Guilor Architects to provide design drawings for the comprehensive remodelling and extension of a 1950’s existing house on this private estate in Cobham Surrey.
The clients requirements to achieve a luxury house with all contemporary living accommodation layouts and facilities has required the existing house to be transformed on all sides following as assessment of the structure and layout of the existing house, the majority of which is retained within the new designs.
The development has been designed so that it can be constructed either as a single construction contract or in several stages.
Currently the subject of a planning application it is hoped that when planning approval is granted, construction will commence in Spring 2011.
