Designed to form the central feature and providing the ancillary facilities for a brand new 27 hole golf course, this clubhouse and driving range were purpose designed to meet the clients specific requirements for a new style of contemporary clubhouse with retail and restaurant/bar areas.
Located in the Green Belt the design of the clubhouse sits low in the contours of the surrounding land minimising its impact on the locality, but at the same time forms the central feature of the site.
After visiting with our client, numerous golf clubhouses, a brief was developed for the new appearance, accommodation, and layout of the desired clubhouse that our clients wished to achieve, which Ralph Guilor Architects then used as the basis for the design of the new clubhouse
