Housing development, Gloucestershire – Tewkesbury Marina
Originally undeveloped vacant land forming the banks to the Tewkesbury Marina, Ralph Guilor Architects obtained planning approval for the residential development of this land, the resulting increase in land value was then used to fund the construction of a new Marina Clubhouse and ancillary facilities.
The development creates an enclosed calm and atmospheric backdrop to the marina and its activities. Each house was developed with first floor living rooms with balconies overlooking the marina, small boat storage facility, courtyard gardens and two and three bedroomed accommodation.
