PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Renovation and extension of existing redundant 1950’s office block to form contemporary new offices including new build offices on Bridge Street abutting the local conservation area. The proposals include the complete remodeling of all existing elevations and accommodation and include new buildings on Bridge Street to reinstate the original two sided street-scape of this part of the conservation area. The proposals are awaiting the local authorities planning approval and if granted should proceed in early 2010.
